This is a license agreement between you and DAB services that outlines how you may use licensed photos from us. By downloading images from DAB services, you consent to these terms.
How do I use licensed material?
You are free to use content in any manner that is not prohibited. Subject to these restrictions and the remaining terms of this agreement, you are granted the following rights:
• Permanent, meaning your rights to use the content never expire or end.
• Non-exclusive, so you do not have exclusive rights to use the content. The same content can be licensed to other clients by DAB services.
• Unrestricted, which means you can use the content in an unlimited number of projects and across all media types. "use" for the purposes of this license means to copy, reproduce, modify, edit, synchronize, perform, display, broadcast, or publish. Websites, blog posts, social media, advertisements, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, film and television productions, web and mobile applications, and product packaging are examples of uses for licensed content.
Prohibited Uses
- No Illegal Use.
You may not use DAB services& dabsnl content in a manner that is defamatory or otherwise illegal.
- No Standalone File Use.
You may not utilize DAB services& dabsnl content in a manner that permits others to download, extract, or redistribute it as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the project or end use).
- No Use in Trademarks or Logos Allowed
You are prohibited from incorporating DAB services& dabsnl content into a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
- No False Authorship Representations Allowed.
You may not misrepresent yourself as the original author of a work that consists primarily of licensed content. You cannot, for instance, create a painting based solely on licensed content and claim authorship.
- No Resale Products Allowed.
You may not use DAB services& dabsnl content in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution where the primary value lies in the content itself. This includes, but is not limited to, cards, stationery items, paper products, calendars, apparel items, posters (printed on paper, canvas, or any other medium), DVDs, mobile applications, and other items intended for resale, license, or other commercial distribution. This includes, but is not limited to, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, posters, and other items for which a third party selects content for customization on a made-to-order basis (also known as "on-demand" products) this includes the sale of products through custom designed websites
